  • Order Processing: Once you place an order, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. This includes confirming your order details, preparing the products for shipment, and ensuring that everything is in perfect condition.
  • Business Days: We operate Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options, depending on your location and the urgency of your order.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery time typically ranges from 5-10 business days, depending on your location and the size of the order.
    • Shipping costs for standard delivery are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Faster delivery option with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.
    • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain amount (check our current promotions for the exact amount).
  • Free shipping applies only to domestic orders. International shipping is subject to additional charges.

Shipping Costs

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! If you are located outside the United States, we offer international shipping to select countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment through the shipping carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.


Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship large furniture items to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, but additional shipping fees may apply due to the increased shipping costs.
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We are happy to ship to military addresses. However, delivery times may vary, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take great care in packaging your items securely, sometimes damage may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Damaged Orders: Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and report any damages within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Orders: In the unlikely event that your order is lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that period, it may not be possible to make changes to your order, as it will have already been processed for shipping.
